You have 30 calendar days from the date you receive your key to request a refund, as long as the key has not been activated. No justification needed — just contact us.
Defective or non-working key
If a key won't activate, we first provide an immediate, free replacement. If a replacement isn't possible, you receive a full refund, even beyond the 30-day window.

How to request a refund

- Tell us the reason (key not activated, technical issue, etc.).
- Our team handles the request within 24–48 business hours.
- The refund is issued to your original payment method.
Refunds are not available once a key has been activated, except in the case of a confirmed product defect. This condition is shown before you complete your order.
