Terms of sale

1 — Scope

These terms of sale govern sales of digital software licenses made on www.licensesnow.com between LicensesNow LLC ("the Seller") and any customer ("the Customer"). Placing an order means full acceptance of these terms.

2 — Products

LicensesNow sells genuine electronic (ESD) software licenses as a reseller. Products are delivered as an activation key with an official download link. Nothing physical is shipped.

3 — Pricing

Prices are shown in US dollars (USD). The price displayed at the time of order is the product price; any applicable state sales tax is calculated and shown at checkout. There are no hidden fees, and your total is summarized before you confirm payment.

4 — Orders

The Customer selects products, reviews the order details, then confirms payment. The sale is final upon receipt of payment. A confirmation email summarizing the order is sent to the Customer.

5 — Payment

Accepted payment methods: credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and PayPal. Card payments are processed over a secure encrypted (SSL/TLS) connection. LicensesNow does not store any card details.

6 — Delivery

Delivery is electronic only. The activation key and download link are sent to the email address provided by the Customer, usually within minutes and within 30 minutes at the latest after payment is confirmed. The Customer is responsible for the accuracy of the email address provided. See the Delivery page for details.

7 — Refunds & cancellation

For digital content delivered without a physical medium, LicensesNow offers a 30-day money-back guarantee as long as the key has not been activated. Once a key is activated, the sale is final except in the case of a confirmed product defect. See the returns and refund policy.

8 — Warranties

LicensesNow warrants that every key delivered is valid. If a key is non-functional, the Seller provides an immediate replacement or, failing that, a full refund. Except as expressly stated, products are provided "as is" to the extent permitted by applicable law.

9 — Receipts

An itemized receipt is attached to your delivery email and remains available in your account.

10 — Personal data

The processing of personal data is described in our privacy policy.

11 — Governing law & disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The parties will seek an amicable resolution before any legal action.
